I used it as a filling and fresh. Mix instant vanilla pudding with whole milk until the pudding is dissolved. Heat the milk and vanilla together, bringing it just right. Scoop or pour your batter into a lightly greased muffin tin, filling the wells about 2/3 full. Vanilla cake filled with homemade banana pastry cream, topped with a dulce de leche ganache, topped with a french vanilla cream pudding.
